I went into this with the desire to feel lighter. I had done years of talk therapy and self discovery, however my physical/emotional reactions unconsciously still seemed to be present before I could talk myself down. I wanted a way to convince that part to truly understand we are safe and I've got us. That has truly been the outcome I have discovered post my Etc journey. Will forever be grateful.

This work unfolds with dedicated preparation, a fully supported medicine day and ongoing integration, all guided by our licensed facilitators and care team. Individual journeys are ideal for those seeking a deeply personalized experience held with intention, safety and presence.
